Hannaford Supermarket Makes $50,000 Donation to ACAP

Albany Community Action Partnership obtained a generous $50,000 donation from Hannaford Supermarkets. With the funding, ACAP will purchase a van for our Cohoes Outreach Center and Food Pantry.
